2. Data Collected
We collect data you provide directly through our forms: name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, number of guests, and an optional message. We also collect usage data through analytical cookies (Google Tag Manager).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to: (a) manage reservations and contact requests — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) analyse website usage — legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
Reservation data is retained for the period necessary to provide the service and subsequently for the legally required period (maximum 5 years for tax purposes). Analytical data is anonymised after 26 months.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We may share it with service providers that assist us in operating the website (e.g. email service), under contractual confidentiality obligations and only for the stated purposes.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies (required for the site to function) and analytical cookies via Google Tag Manager. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling analytical cookies does not affect site functionality.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectify, or erase your data; object to processing; request restriction of processing; data portability.
